Who operates this site
MusicAllands is operated by ALWAYS THINK POSITIVE LLC. For privacy questions, contact contact@musicallands.com.
Applications
When you submit an application, you send us the details you enter: your artist or label name, contact information, country, genre, release plans, profile links, demo link, notes and any artwork or audio download links. These details are used to review and respond to your application.
Service providers
This site is hosted by Cloudflare. Application submissions are sent to Web3Forms for processing and delivery. These providers receive technical information needed to serve the website or process your request, such as your IP address.
Music and video
Audio previews are requested from Spotify’s preview service when you play them. YouTube embeds load when you choose to watch a video or allow embedded media. Those services receive connection information and may apply their own privacy and cookie policies.
Browser preferences
We store your embedded-media preference in your browser. You can change it with Cookie settings in the footer. We do not install advertising or analytics scripts in this version of the website.
Questions about your data
Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion or retention of your application information. Include enough context to identify the application, without sending passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
